The Olympian reminded fans that the best piece of advice she could give is to realize the way you feel is ok, and you shouldn’t be upset at the emotions surrounding a split. Nastia also revealed her favorite junk food (goes well around the same time) which includes chips of any kind, ice cream, gummy bears!
