Badonkadonks were made for bouncing – in Chanel West Coast‘s books, at any rate. The 32-year-old rapper and “Ridiculousness” star dropped it like it’s hot to her own brand-new music last night, even giving her 3.5 million followers an insight into how she’s a “plant mom.” Chanel, fresh from dropping her pandemic-penned “America’s Sweetheart” album, updated her Instagram on Tuesday evening with moves to her “40 Yard Dash” track. She was looking great, she was vibing big, and she’s been racking up the views. Check it out below.

The 19-track EP, making headlines for its “No Plans” single and Chanel lying shirtless on a U.S. flag, is now bringing its star showing her moves.
The video, shot indoors and seeing Chanel sandwiched by two back-up dancers, showed her flaunting her killer body and her dance skill-set. The MTV face, in light-washed gray jeans and a black tee worn knotted, shimmied it, shaked it, twirled it, and owned it.

“Watch me run it like the #40yarddash,” she wrote with a football emoji, then adding – with a cry-face emoji – “Yes, I’m a plant mom too.” Over 100,000 views were logged overnight. More after the video.
Fans have been commenting. Bear in mind Chanel made February headlines for ranting she doesn’t get enough Instagram likes. The LOL Cartel founder’s followers, leaving her plenty of comments, are also eyeing up the fashion – “WHERE ARE THESE JEANS FROM?” one asked.
“Now I will have to learn this for sure ?? thanks for going live, you made my day,” another said.
Chanel, live on IG, recently on Angela Yee’s “Lip Service” podcast, and active on TikTok, has also been opening up on why “America’s Sweetheart” is the chosen album name.
Chanel, signed by Lil Wayne to his Young Money Entertainment label back in 2012, has been explaining the meaning behind the name.
“I called this album America’s Sweetheart because it’s an oxymoron and contradicts the perception that many have of me,” she recently said. “I have flaws. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve benefitted from white privilege and I’ve had second chances in life that, unfortunately, many people have not received.”
Not included on “America’s Sweetheart” is Chanel’s now-viral “Corona Rap,” although the EP does include already-released track “Black Roses.”
