The Sun spoke to a source who claims, “Tom is fully supportive of her move and independence. They haven’t been sexual in a long time, and the split had been on the cards for months.”
The outlet says Erika recently moved out of the $7 million-dollar mansion she lived in with Thomas. She already found herself a fancy $1 million condo in Hollywood.

Earlier this month, Erika filed for a petition for divorce from Thomas after 21-years of marriage. The case was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. The reality star did not list a date of separation but said they were married on January 7, 2000
Erika is asking the judge to award her temporary spousal support and wants Thomas to pay her attorney fees. She checked the box noting she is unaware of the full value of their assets. She listed the reason for the split as “irreconcilable differences.”

Hours after filing her petition, Erika released a statement asking fans for privacy. She said, “After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi. This is not a step taken lightly or easily. I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together.”
She ended, “It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserved. I request others give us that privacy as well.”
According to The Sun, Erika new one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is located in West Hollywood. She is dropping around $7,000 a month for her own place.
A source said, “Erika has had another rental property in LA for some time, but it’s more of a clubhouse, so she’s been spending her time between the two properties. Things are a bit up-in-the-air at the moment, and they have a lot to discuss as they don’t have a prenup, but she will be looking for a new home.”
As The Blast first reported, Erika’s divorce came days after Thomas was hit with allegations of fraud by a former client.
A woman named Judy Selberg accuses Thomas and his law firm of legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and conversion. She said she hired them to file a wrongful death lawsuit over husband’s death. She says she scored a $500.000 settlement but was only paid $50k of it by Thomas. She is suing for the unpaid balance plus damages.
