We broke the story, Jamie Lynn was appointed executor of Britney's family trust, after it appeared she was going to war with her father over the conservatorship. Now, it appears Jamie Lynn is getting out of her sister's business, but her mother is still involved in the case.

Today, Britney's team was in court arguing overpayments made to a business manager and approved by her father. We are guessing this is going to get worse before it gets better!
