Kelly Ripa is 100% unfussed if Instagram thinks she’s way too skinny. The 50-year-old “Live! With Kelly and Ryan” host sparked weight concerns ahead of Halloween with her pantless “Wonder Woman” throwback, and she went straight for the jugular today to show she isn’t fussed – the former “All My Children” actress was posting more old snaps and showing off her killer and pint-sized figure. Kelly, followed by 2.9 million, took to Instagram this weekend with a big birthday shout-out to ABC News anchor David Muir. Check it out below.
Scroll for today’s photos. Kelly, who called her body a “Peter Pan” one in 2019 and this year revealed a love of “microfoods” salads and avocado on toast, first generated concern by throwing it back to 2017 in a gold-adorned and booted “Wonder Woman” outfit.
Kelly was told to “eat something” by a fan deeming her “too skinny,” with the mom of three then told: “Kelly you are adorable,” with the fan adding: “But I know one day, we will read about your battle with food.”

Kelly’s post today, coming amid the star celebrating 78-year-old Joe Biden securing the White House, came as a mish-mash of snaps with journalist and anchor David Muir. The blonde appeared in a series of snaps with her pal, with one showing the “Hope & Faith” alum in a selfie also featuring “Sex & The City” star Sarah-Jessica Parker.
The final photo showed Kelly all dolled up and in a tight silver and glittery dress as she and David descended some outdoor steps. More after the Halloween photo.
Kelly took to her caption, writing: “Happy birthday to @davidmuirabc an indisputable American gem! You are so loved. ♥️?.”
The post comes after Kelly made major headlines for celebrating her 30th anniversary partnering up with Walt Disney Co. as she eyed up a giant cake on-set with 45-year-old “Live!” co-host Ryan Seacrest – nobody saw if Kelly ate any, though. Since then, Kelly has taken to Instagram to mark her reaction to the 2020 elections. Much like 19-year-old daughter Lola Grace, Kelly voted blue. See her post below.
Kelly updated her Instagram shortly after Joe Biden beat 74-year-old POTUS Donald Trump. The star posted Biden’s 273 electoral college votes versus Trump’s 214 with a repost of The New York Times reading: “BIDEN BEATS TRUMP. Harris Is First Woman Elected Vice President.”
“#mood,” Kelly captioned the post which has been receiving a celebrity response. Husband Mark Consuelos replied “dignity restored” with heart and muscle-arm emoji, with “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Rinna also responding with cigarette emoji.
