Las Vegas is coming back with a vengeance as tourism kicks back up and people flock to the desert to once again enjoy the glitz and glamour of Sin City. Nobody is embracing the nostalgic vibe of Las Vegas' glory days than Barry's Downtown Prime Steakhouse, which just opened up inside the new Circa Las Vegas resort and casino.

Veteran Vegas chef Barry Dakake has debuted a new twist of the vintage steakhouse and is setting the bar high with fancy cocktails and mouth-watering dishes.

Dakake, who teamed up with co-owners Yassine Lyoubi and Marco Cicione, recently held Barry's Downtown Prime's VIP opening and invited a slew of celebrities from around town to come enjoy the hottest new restaurant in downtown Las Vegas.

The list, of course, included some of the Las Vegas Golden Knight stars; including Deryk Engelland, Zach Whitecloud, Alex Tuch, Shea Theodore, Brayden McNabb, and Mark Stone.

We're told the NHL players sampled some of Barry's 16oz Center Cut NY Sirloins and a few 8oz Filet Mignons.

UFC star, Francis Ngannou, also made an appearance at the opening night of Barry’s Downtown Prime and snapped a photo with the chef himself.

Former professional boxer, Vinny Paz, was also in attendance, as well as NBA legend Gary Payton.

One of the most recognized VIPs from the evening included “Pawn Stars’” honcho Rick Harrison, who even attended the grand opening of the Circa Las Vegas resort and casino the night before.

Much like Las Vegas itself, apparently, Rick Harrison never sleeps!
