Demi Rose didn’t even need a bikini to get her point across today. The 25-year-old model and social media sensation, fresh from celebrating hitting 15 million Instagram followers, updated her stories on Thursday with a giant shout-out to healthy eating – that 24-inch waist doesn’t maintain itself. Demi, having ended her sun-drenched tropical vacation in The Maldives, posted a “La Vie en Rose” video filmed inside a grocery store – the Ibiza location is now her home one. Check it out below.

The video, choosing not to show Demi, instead focused on the insane organic produce – Spanish grocery stores aren’t Walmart. Huge piles of fresh tomatoes, overflowing grape bundles, fresh lettuce, and fancy organic packaged salads were shown, alongside a naughty cake counter.

Happiness has not come easily for the star who this year revealed she spent seven years caring for her sick mother while growing up – in 2019, Demi faced tragedy after mom Christine passed just eight months after dad Barrie died. Rose, body-shamed in her London lock-down, is, however, on the up, having ditched the U.K. for good.
Demi left London in July. Updates from the Mediterranean Ibiza island made major headlines as Demi enjoyed a dangerously-nude hot tub session before showing off her Dior stripper boots, with the move itself bringing an interview as Demi talked mental health. Demi admitted hers got “the better” of her during her U.K. quarantine, then confirming the Ibiza move was the “best decision” she ever made.
“I have loads of friends out here, the weather is nice and it is a perfect backdrop for my modeling work,” she told ES. More below.

“When I was younger I always dreamed of being the girl that everyone admired but instead I got bullied. So, the popularity now just absolutely blows me away.”
Demi has also proven popular with a major face. In 2016, she made headlines for a brief fling with rapper and ex to Kylie Jenner, Tyga.
