Bar Refaeli is going to be in excellent shape to complete her upcoming 9 months of community service because the Israeli supermodel is keeping up on her fitness and treated fans to some glistening photo-evidence this week.
The 35-year-old star, who was once regarded as the highest-paid model in Israel, took to Instagram to show off her tight body after a sweat session while touting some fresh new gear from her signature fitness line with a popular Israeli fashion brand.
Refaeli, who dated movie star Leonardo DiCaprio between 2006 and 2011, delighted her 3 million followers to a photo on social media after an intense workout that left the supermodel drenched in sweat. Wearing an olive pair of tights and matching sports bra with her hair in a high pony, Refaeli also gave a plug to her signature activewear line with Israeli fashion brand, Hoodies.
"Beloved girls, you probably already know that I am addicted to sports 💪🏼 and always in search of the perfect and comfortable outfit," Refaeli wrote to her followers.
Bar Refaeli has been focused on fitness lately after getting handed down a sentence in court over charges of tax evasion.
According to CNN, the supermodel was sentenced to 9 months of community service, while her mother was given 16 months in prison and also ordered to pay 2.5 million Shekels, which is about $730,000.
The mother/daughter duo was indicted after Israeli authorities discovered millions of dollars of income that wasn't reported. Authorities estimated that Refaeli earned more than $5 million and lived in lavish homes while not claiming the cash.
Bar Refaeli, who has hosted the Israeli version of the "X Factor," expressed extreme regret while in court.
"I guarantee you I won't be seen in a court room again after this trial," the supermodel said in a statement during open court.
She added, "I regret my deeds and would like to bring to note that I was just over 20 years old while committing the offenses. I now act differently in running my business."
Refaeli has not yet revealed where she will perform her community service.
In the wake of her legal troubles, Bar Refaeli appears to be keeping her family close and focusing on what's important in life. The supermodel recently threw a 3rd birthday party for her daughter, Elle, who she shares with Israeli businessman Adi Ezra. Although Refaeli usually keeps her children off social media, she gave some details about the festivities and how important the day was for the family.
"I decided that after so many months of closure and social alienation, without friends, without classes and without a garden, she deserves to be excited and surprised," Refaeli wrote in Hebrew while revealing the surprise party for her daughter.
