Kelly Ripa clicking her high heels and showing off her tiny waist sent a giant message to the haters today – they can hate. The 50-year-old “Live! With Kelly and Ryan” host paraded around the set on Thursday with all the energy in the world – this coming shortly after fans feared for the pint-sized star’s weight in a pantless “Wonder Woman” throwback for Halloween. Kelly’s look today, once again knocking the ball out the park, went extra sparkly. Check it out below.

Fears then intensified on Kelly’s Instagram, with her gold and booted Halloween “Wonder Woman” outfit sparking comments – despite the snap dating back to 2017.
“Too skinny,” one fan had written, then telling Kelly she needs to “eat something.” Another, meanwhile, said: “Kelly you are adorable,” adding, “But I know one day, we will read about your battle with food.”
Keep scrolling for today’s video, which comes as Kelly marks a major anniversary. The mom of three is today shouting out her 30th anniversary with The Walt Disney Company, being joined by her former “All My Children” co-stars for a big reunion. The AMC actors hadn’t yet joined in as Kelly was filmed in a slinky, silver-and-black belted midi dress from designer Maje.
Kelly joked around while flaunting her tiny waist, giving zero indication she was fussed about comments on her Instagram. Scroll for what she eats after the video.
Kelly, who this year told curvy daughter Lola she’d sit “naked” if she had her figure, has been open about her diet. A 2020 food diary prompted by Harper’s Bazaar saw Kelly reveal a nutritious and healthy oatmeal and almond butter breakfast, with Kelly also a fan of her “microfoods” lunch salads. The star big-time shouted out avocado on toast, even saying the trend is one she’s continued since it exploded onto social media in 2015-2017.
Kelly does, however, hugely rely on caffeine. See what she means below.
In 2019, Kelly called her body a “Peter Pan” one as she told The Cut how she “gets it done.” An elaborate coffee routine was outlined, with Kelly saying:
“I make a “Bullet Coffee” at home in the morning — it’s coffee, two shots of espresso and a tablespoon of ghee and then a packet of collagen powder.”
“I have a Starbucks latte when I get to Live. Then I will have a half a coffee after the show wraps. I have a great energy level,” Kelly added, then confirming she never naps.
