The supermodel and actor recently ignited relationship rumors after hanging out at a hot yoga class and leaving together.
“Austin and Kaia are in fact dating,” a source told People on Wednesday.
“All of her friends think they are so adorable and it's a total step up from her last relationship and she knows it too.”
The source noted the model appears to be “really happy.”

The outlet reported the two were spotted heading to an airport together on Wednesday for a holiday vacation.
