Kim Kardashian has been slammed over her latest advocacy case regarding a Colorado truck driver named Rogel Lazaro Aguilera-Mederor.

Kim Kardashian Termed The "Loudest Mouth" In Aguilera-Mederor's Scandal

Kardashian has received mixed responses after offering her voice to Aguilera-Mederor and seeking to lower his 110 years of sentencing.

The truck driver himself was full of positive words for the socialite, but one of the victims thinks of her as someone with the "loudest mouth," according to TMZ.

Aguilera-Mederor's legal representative, Leonard Martinez, said he has not directly communicated with Kardashian but is aware of her support and thankful that she is getting the word out.

The outlet reported that Kathleen Harrison— whose spouse Doyle lost his life in the crash—has a bone to pick with the SKIMS founder, who she considers clueless about the case.

Harrison alleges that the truck driver could have avoided the accident but lied about his driving experience to get the job.

The late Doyle's wife also accused Aguilera-Mederor of failing to make use of a truck ramp to prevent a collision when he observed his brakes were releasing smoke.

Harrison agrees that a hundred years imprisonment is harsh, but, as for Kardashian's input, she does not want the local proceedings "taken over by who has the loudest mouth out there."

The victim's wife took her jab at the "SKIMS" founder a step further by hinting at her cluelessness with, "people don't know all the details, they are running on emotion."

The Blast shared that this incident happened in 2019 and is the 23-year-old's first offense, but he was convicted of 110-years owing to Colorado's strict minimum sentencing laws.

On her Instagram Story, Kardashian spoke up about the unfair mandatory minimum sentencing in Colorado and urged Governor Jared Polis to end the outdated laws.

The billionaire noted the tragic nature of the accident and called out the case's prosecutor Kayla Wildeman for uploading a tone-deaf brake shoe trophy she received.

The prosecutor thanked her work BFF for turning "a brake shoe from a semi-truck into a memento" for her in the Facebook post.

The district attorney Alexis King expressed that the post lacked taste and was no reflection of the views of everyone at the office.

The fourth time was the charm for Kardashian, who finally passed her baby bar exam and is one more paper away from being a lawyer in California.

The Blast shared that the mother-of-four celebrated her win on social media and explained her success was not easy or handed to her.

The "KUWTK" alum noted she failed the exam thrice in three years and took the fourth test amid COVID and a 105 fever.
