Kylie Jenner's 'Stalker' Arrested Outside Her Home, Trying To Deliver Flowers

Kylie Jennerfiled a restraining order against an alleged stalker after the person was arrested at her home, claiming to be there to take her on a date.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Jenner claims the man -- who we are choosing not to name -- showed up on "numerous occasions" to her private home and has been "stalking" the make-up mogul for several weeks.

On December 9, 2021, the person allegedly jumped over a fence and entered a neighbors property, while holding a bouquet of flowers for Jenner.

"When he was confronted, he asked to see me and stated he had flowers to give me. I am informed he was arrested for trespassing by the Los Angeles Police Department," Kylie said.

She continued, "I have been informed by my private security that [he] has come to my home attempting to see me on numerous occasions.  On each occasion, Mr. Mesgan has been asked to leave and not return, but he continues to come to my home. I do not know how long [he] has been stalking me, but he has been persistent in attempting to contact me and see me over the last two months."

Adding, "I have no relationship with Mr. Mesgan and have never met or communicated with him.  There is absolutely no reason or legitimate purpose for him to come to my home or to attempt to contact me. As a result of [his] numerous attempts to access my home, I have suffered and continue to suffer, emotional distress.  I am fearful for my safety and for the safety of my family.  I am particularly fearful of [him] because he continues to return to my home even after being arrested for trespassing.  I am scared that if I am not granted a restraining order, [he] will continue his attempts to access my home."

Kylie's lawyer, Shawn Holley, filed a restraining order in the L.A. County Courts following the incident -- which was granted, ordering him to stay 100 yards away from her home. According to the filing, a security guard for the star says on December 21, the person came back to the house and attempted to contact Kylie again. On this day, he approached the call box on Kylie's property and asked to speak to her. At the time, he claimed to be picking her up for a date.

In the filing, Kylie's legal team says the man is a 23-year-old transient, and as a result of the harassment and stalking, she has "suffered and continues to suffer from emotional distress."

As we reported, this isn't the first time a stalker has been arrested outside of Kylie's L.A. home. Back in June, a 35-year old man was arrested on the property after security guards asked him to leave the area. At the time, police arrived on the scene and the person claimed they wanted a face-to-face with Jenner. He was booked and charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Unfortunately, both men have now been released.
