Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin couldn’t resist an outfit change as “salty donuts” got big-time rec’d today. The 30-year-old 5-time Olympic medalist did a giant Q&A for her 1 million Instagram followers on Wednesday, addressing everything from her fitness and household chores, to her relationship status and favorite restaurants. Nastia, recently in the news for a giant anorexia clap-back, proved that her appetite is far from unhealthy, driving fans to a blog post where she readily admitted that donuts never go out of style for her. Check it out below.

She admitted that she wished she had the motivation to “workout every day,” with fans also learning that the Dallas, TX-based star actually doesn’t mind changing her own bedsheets.
Liukin, initially seen in cozy colorful sweats as her makeup artist dolled her up, then made sure her Gold Medal-winning body got showcased, stripping down to a skintight spandex vest in goldish hues, with another look showing similar in pink.
Nastia wasn’t too happy about being probed over her relationship status – she ended a three-year-long engagement to former ice-hockey player Matt Lombardi in 2018 – but she was happy to talk food. In fact, when a fan asked for her favorite Dallas eateries, the gymnast had so many, she took to her blog to outline them.
An entire section was dedicated to the Moscow-born star’s favorite breakfast spots: “As for a sweet treat with my coffee, The Salty Donut has quickly become an obsession. Try the horchata donut—just do it!” she wrote.

A massive thigh gap is what fans might see, but Liukin feeds her body with real food, not rabbit food. Pizza got mentioned in caps, with Nastia also listing taco dinners as ranking highly. Headlines have, however, been getting heated for Nastia this month, as a fan asked her how she feels about “promoting borderline anorexia looking” bodies.
Nastia didn’t take kindly to the fan DM, choosing to both post it and dedicate a whole IG post to clapping back. Posing in selfie mode in a skintight, scoop-neck dress just over a week ago, the blonde fired back, writing:
“If taking pictures of my OWN body—a body that won me many olympics medals, a body that I push each day to get stronger, a body that God gave me—is inherently promoting anorexia, then honestly, we’ve gotten to a place in the world where just BEING is offensive. This is ME. This is my body. “
