Selma Blair both set Instagram on fire and melted her 2.4 million followers’ hearts today – killer swimsuit snaps of the “Cruel Intentions” actress came with a giant reminder of her 2018 multiple sclerosis diagnosis, but for Selma, the Wednesday vibes were uplifting. Selma, 48, has been bravely battling the degenerative neurological condition, with today seeing the spiky-haired star pose with her new cane. Three photos landing on the star’s feed showed she’s still got it, but the caption had fans in tears. Check it out below.
The photos, straight-up bombshell ones, showed Selma flaunting her super-slim and toned body in a classic black swimsuit as she posed by floor-to-ceiling windows. A turned-out leg and high-cut swimsuit finish did wonders for the mom of one’s figure, but talk was about the cane in the caption.

“Now, what does bring a lift, is a new and iconic cane. When this beauty came to me after my birthday, I dropped real tears of gratitude. I have the chicest canes,” she wrote, continuing:
“And this one from @thombrowneny is my favorite. I will stand tall and use with pride. Thank you to Matt and Kelly. I can’t express in words how much this “support” means to me. To so many. In a way. Such a silver lining.”
Selma, who has shared both her shaved head during M.S. treatment and days she has a heavy heart, brought in all the positivity in the world with this post. “Beautiful,” one fan wrote, with many calling the “Legally Blonde” star an “inspiration.”
Selma might dedicate a large chunk of her feed to raising M.S. awareness and keeping fans updated on her experiences with the condition, but the star isn’t above shedding light on other illnesses. Earlier this month, Selma stunned in pink undies – then dropping her panties – for Breast Cancer Awareness month. More below.
Selma is raising 9-year-old son Arthur Saint Bleick, with him regularly featuring on his mothers Instagram. On September 27, Selma posted a stunning poolside mom-and-son moment as she revealed times were tough, but that looking at the photo brought her joy.
“I feel heavy today. Hearted. All is well right here. But I worry. So I am just being. Absorbing. Life. This life. The other lives. I ordered some pie. Coconut cream. This picture felt comforting,” she wrote. For more from Selma, give her Instagram a follow.
