Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin's body has to be seen to be believed. The 30-year-old 5-time Olympic medalist, soon to be 31, has been busy showing off both her stylish workout looks and her killer figure – while Nastia's massive thigh gap can easily make a headline, it's been her giant anorexia clap-back that's been fronting media outlets this month. Nastia, followed by 1 million on her Instagram, didn't appreciate being told she promotes "borderline anorexia looking bodies." Haters can hate, though, as the latest selfie proved. Check it out below.

Scroll for the photo. Nastia, who was raised by two Olympic gymnast parents and herself retired from professional gymnastics aged just 22, proved she's 100% still got the gymnast body today, appearing in selfie mode and from her garage.

The photo, taken in Nastia's Dallas, TX home, showed her by her shiny white car and flaunting her jaw-dropping abs and ultra-toned body in a skimpy sports bra and black spandex leggings with sheer panels. A bright lilac jacket worn open added pops of color, with Nastia writing: "HAPPY MONDAY."

Nastia may have retired in 2012, but the star has plenty going on. She admitted gaining weight after ending her professional career, then threw herself into Pilates – and now business. Nastia runs her empowerment startup The Muse Collective, also tapping into her second love: beauty. The active blogger who has been recommending lip balms as winter draws in, is currently retailing her $55 Celery Green Cream as part of her collaboration with beauty brand Volition. Nastia, who told The Cut in 2016 that her mom raised her to "have a cookie" if she wants one, is now the talk of the town in the gymnastics world after choosing to repost the fan DM alongside her fierce clap-back. It's also not the first fireback for Liukin, who this year slammed suggestions she's too old to wear a leotard.

"This week I got a DM that really triggered me in so many ways (swipe to see the screenshot) it made me feel: defeated, pissed, sad, annoyed, confused, shocked, and many other feelings," she began.

Nastia, posting in selfie mode in a skintight, scoop-neck dress in bronze, delivered a piece of her mind as she addressed the skinny-shaming.

"If taking pictures of my OWN body—a body that won me many olympics medals, a body that I push each day to get stronger, a body that God gave me—is inherently promoting anorexia, then honestly, we’ve gotten to a place in the world where just BEING is offensive. This is ME. This is my body," she wrote, also admitting that she's always been "thin."
