Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin hopped on the “stuff I’m grateful for” bandwagon last night. The 30-year-old former athlete and 5-time Olympic gold medal winner updated her Instagram on Saturday with a little appreciation for what she has, alongside a stunning, frilly, and summery look. Nastia, followed by 1 million, sees her gratitude come at a touchy time – if you don’t live inside Nastia’s Instagram, she’s made major headlines for clapping back at an anorexia remark. Check that out, plus the latest photo below.

Nastia, admitting in her caption that life hadn’t quite turned out the way she’d envisaged, was nonetheless grateful for what she has – the Moscow-born star was only 22 when she retired from professional gymnastics back in 2012.
The stunning photo showed Nastia captured amid desert backdrops and in profile. Shot close up and in a sideless frilly-white sundress with no sleeves and no visible bra, the European stunner shot the camera a fierce and confident gaze.

“Tonight as I sit here thinking about the people in my life I’m so lucky to have (who I can’t wait to see and celebrate with this week!!!!) it reminds me that with them in my life, I truly have everything I need,” she continued.
Liukin made a special mention to the man in her life. Harley is no boyfriend, but the dog keeping Nastia company is all over her IG.
Nastia was happy to admit that she might not have seen her 30-year-old self where she is now.
“For many years I have had a different idea of what my life would look like or feel like, or what exactly it would take to be “complete”… ” she wrote.
“And while I thought year 30 would feel and look very different, this year has taught me so many valuable lessons, while still bringing so much good.”
Nastia definitely had a sour taste in her mouth a week ago, though.
Nastia did not appreciate a fan DM asking her how she feels about “promoting borderline anorexic looking bodies” one week ago. The gymnast, who in 2016 admitted her mom had raised her to “have a cookie” if she wants one, returned to Instagram in full clap-back mode to address the skinny-shaming.
Nastia said she was “p-ssed” and “triggered” by the comment, then refusing to apologize for her body despite admitting she’s always been “thin.” Liukin then gave fans a tour of her pantry, which includes Annie’s organic goods, flour, oreos, and jars of healthy snacks. And if you’re curious about her Starbucks order, it’s a Venti Cold Brew with two pumps Pumpkin Spice.
