Nastia Liukin is showing off her “best hangs” by her four-wheel drive and in skintight spandex. The 30-year-old five-time Olympic medalist and 2008 all-around Olympic champion’s 1 million Instagram followers are getting non-stop fashion looks from her – Nastia may be fronting media outlets for clapping back at an anorexia remark, but the Russian-born beauty isn’t done showing her trendy looks. Nastia’s Saturday stories showed her home in Dallas, TX and shouting out everything from pandemic sweats to skintight sportswear. Check it out below.
Scroll for the photo. Nastia showed off her love of clingy clothing in the above snap last month, when a Big Sky Country trip to Montana took the blonde outdoors and stretching it out into a mind-blowing downward dog for a Zoom fitness promo.
Today was toned-down on the flexibility front. Nastia, posing in selfie mode from her garage and by her shiny white car, was flaunting her massive thigh gap and trendy plaid love in tight black leggings, also sporting a matching hoodie and stylish checkered outer jacket in earthy tones.

If you don’t live inside Nastia’s Instagram, the feed is mostly stunning fashion looks, but there’s plenty going on in the background. The beauty blogger who extended her legs to “bring bubble baths back in 2020” has been snapped up by skincare brand Olay for her promo potential – Nastia has her own gig going on, though, currently retailing her $55 Celery Green Cream.
Nastia appears to be single, but she’s got a man in her life. Earlier this year, Nastia adopted dog Harley, with the four-legged friend providing plenty of company as Nastia even admits that he ruined her egg chair. The gymnast split from her fiancé Matt Lombardi in 2018, revealing that she thought he was “the one.”
Following the collapse of a three-year engagement to ice hockey player Lombardi, Nastia said she’d “gone through moments in my personal life where I feel like am failing at something if a relationship didn’t work out.”
Nastia, whose parents were Olympic gymnasts, retired at the tender age of 22 back in 2012. The star admitted that she was totally clueless when entering normal gyms – she had no idea what to do – also revealing that she gained weight.
“I felt so lost for a good year,” she told The Cut in 2016, adding: “I gained probably 10 to 20 pounds, because when you stop doing something and just go cold turkey your body doesn’t even know what to do.”
Nastia then threw herself into Pilates, with her Instagram now regularly showing her home workouts.
