Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin is offering big views in a tiny minidress. The 30-year-old’s Thursday Instagram update offered photos, a video, and a giant reminder that the Moscow-born native’s legs are a a willowy bunch of muscles, with her post also shouting out the last of the summer as she posed amid outdoor concrete from her Dallas, Texas base. Nastia, followed by 1 million, also threw in her signature edgy stamp via a witty caption – after that anorexia comment, the five-time Olympic medalist doesn’t want to be judged. Check it out below.
Scroll for the photos and video. Nastia is fresh from clapping back at a fan suggesting she promotes “borderline anorexic” bodies – the blonde’s clap-back saw her admit that she’s always been “thin,” but she didn’t appreciate the skinny-shaming.
Today’s post showed the 2008 all-around Olympic champion amid sunight and proudly twirling around in a beige minidress with a babydoll finish and puff sleeves. Nastia was flaunting her killer, hyper-extended legs, also wearing statement dark shades, plus a pair of black combat boots rising to the ankles.

“Thursday thoughts: don’t judge a book (person) by its cover (Instagram).”
The gymnast did not fall short on the likes or comments, today swiftly being told: “Love the caption!!” with another fan writing: “Especially world class gymnasts (I mean that in a good way) if only my cover (fitness structure were as well kept of a book).”
It’s been fire all-around from Nastia this week, who just yesterday shouted out The Spice Girls via her “reporting for duty” as Posh Spice in a black minidress.
Keep scrolling for more photos. On Wednesday, Nastia shouted out her own millennial age bracket by name-dropping a band every girl her age bopped along to during their teens. The star, in selfie mode and flaunting her legs in a skintight and long-sleeved black minidress, joked: “Posh spice reporting for duty ? #revolveme @revolve” as she channeled her inner Victoria Beckham, also likely netting herself some influencing cash.
Less easy-going, however, has been Nastia’s weight on Instagram. The anorexia clap-back didn’t hold back.
Nastia, whose massive thigh gap can easily make a headline, stated she was “p-ssed” and “triggered” by the fan DM suggesting she promotes unhealthy body size. Posing in selfie mode and in a skintight, scoop-neck dress, the Moscow-born star addressed the allegation, writing:
“If taking pictures of my OWN body—a body that won me many olympics medals, a body that I push each day to get stronger, a body that God gave me—is inherently promoting anorexia, then honestly, we’ve gotten to a place in the world where just BEING is offensive. This is ME. This is my body”
