Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin is back to flaunting her massive thigh gap – this time, in a micro minidress. The 30-year-old five-time Olympic champion and 2008 all-around champion, updated her Instagram with a mid-week pick-me-up today, posing from her Dallas, TX home and reminding fans that despite retiring in 2012 aged just 22, she's 100% still got it. Nastia is fresh from a massive clap-back over an anorexia remark – while the gymnast has admitted she's always been "thin," she was proving she's all muscle today. Check it out below.

Scroll for the photo. The above one dates back to Nastia's September Montana travels, when the Russian-born star enjoyed Big Sky Country, plus the company of dog Harley.

Today's snap came as a selfie with a little video action. The gymnast was solo, backed by tan walls, and making sure she 100% popped against them via a super-tiny and tight black minidress with long sleeves. Nastia, swinging a hip, also wore white sneakers for a sporty finish, plus her long blonde hair down.

Nastia, raised by Olympic gymnast parents and herself saying her mom raised her to have a cookie if she wants one, has been making headlines for taking matters into her own hands after a fan DM'd her and asked how she felt about promoting "borderline anorexic" bodies. Nastia, then returning for a selfie in a scoop-neck and tight brown dress, said she was triggered by the comment, opening:

"Defeated, pissed, sad, annoyed, confused, shocked, and many other feelings." The star then addressed her own size, plus what the comment represented for her.

Nastia told her 1 million followers: "If taking pictures of my OWN body—a body that won me many olympics medals, a body that I push each day to get stronger, a body that God gave me—is inherently promoting anorexia, then honestly, we’ve gotten to a place in the world where just BEING is offensive."

"This is ME. This is my body," she added, then admitting: "While I’ve always been thin, I’ve not always been strong. I’m proud to say that I am truly stronger now than I’ve ever been."

Nastia, whose influencing potential recently got picked up on by skincare brand Olay – she extended both legs from a tub while "bringing back bubble baths in 2020" – has been steadily heating Instagram up with her skimpy updates from Dallas. The TX city recently enjoyed a 98-degree heatwave, with Nastia eyeing it up in a shark-teeth-effect swimsuit as she wrote:

"Dallas, you good? 98 degrees tmrw... guess it’s a pool weekend for us ?."

Nastia's days on the beam are over, but the star has plenty going on. She's retailing her $55 Green Celery Cream, she's been influencing for clothing brand Revolve, and she runs her The Muse Collective empowerment startup.
