Jessica Simpson Flaunts Massive Pumpkin, 100-Pound Drop In Fluffy Slippers

Jessica Simpson has been showing off her massive Cali patch pumpkin. The 40-year-old singer's Tuesday Instagram update 100% shouted out Halloween, although with a caption comparing the enormous pumpkin to pregnancy, the "Dukes of Hazzard" star's fans were quick to wonder: Is there another bun in the oven? Jessica, who famously dropped 100 pounds in just six months after welcoming third baby Birdie Mae in 2019, was also showing she's absolutely kept the weight off. Scroll for the pumpkin action. Jessica's photo showed her posing casually and looking gorgeous from a sunny field and path clearing. The "Open Book" author had both arms clasped around a big pumpkin held to her belly, although the whittled-down waist was far more minimal as Jessica showcased her 100-pound drop in casual boyfriend jeans and a short-sleeved tee in green. The mom of three, smiling from behind shades, peeped her toes in trendy and furry slippers, then causing a hoopla with that caption.

Talks '40 Week' Pregnancy Update

The caption is throwing fans sideways.

"Cali Pumpkin Pick’n. 🎃," Simpson opened, adding:

"(When you get your weekly updates while pregnant and your 40 week one states that your baby is the size of a small pumpkin...this was the size of Birdie at 5 months!)"

Jessica, raising 8-year-old Maxwell, 7-year-old Ace, and 1-year-old Birdie, now sees her followers unable to make sense of the caption, even wondering if Jessica was using the post to announce a fourth pregnancy.

"For a second I thought you were telling us your pregnant," a popular comment read.

And you can scroll for it, right down to every meal. Jessica, who recently admitted she can barely stomach cake of eggs anymore after her weight-loss journey saw her consume so much of them, is still sparking requests for diet secrets after shifting all that weight.

"Wow! I need your diet plan! You look phenomenal 🔥🔥🔥," one fan wrote.

Jessica did undergo two tummy tucks against medical advice as she battled her pregnancy weight, but it was 10,000 steps a day and good old-fashioned calorie control that led to her most recent weight-loss success. Trainer Harley Pasternak spoke to Hollywood Life in 2019, revealing:

“She would eat one whole egg and three egg whites for breakfast, scrambled with a bowl of blackberries. For lunch she would have a salad with grilled chicken and grilled fish with salad and vegetables for dinner."

"As for snacks, she would have almonds and sometimes green beans with Parmesan cheese on top. She was very disciplined,” he added.
