On October 20, Teddi, who welcomed her third child, a baby girl, with husband Edwin Arroyave in February, took to her Instagram page, where she revealed to her fans and followers that she recently teamed up with journalist and author Debbie Matenopoulos on a new cooking special that is set to air on the Hallmark Channel.
Teddi Mellencamp May Do More Cooking Specials
“Who doesn’t love chicken lettuce cups?!” Teddi wrote in the caption of a couple of photos of herself and Debbie on Instagram. “Make sure to tune into [Home and Family] on [the Hallmark Channel] to watch [Debbie Matenopoulos] and I get our cooking and chatting on at 10am/9am central.”
Teddi also seemed to hint that her cooking special with Debbie would not be a one-time thing.
“What should we cook next?” she asked her fans and followers, who proceeded to flood her with comments.

“Delicious,” Kyle wrote.
“Yesssss,” Erika shared.
“The lettuce cups!!!” added Lisa.
Although Teddi is not currently filming the upcoming 11th season of “RHOBH” with her castmates, she has remained close to them ever since she confirmed she had been fired from the Bravo reality series last month in a statement shared on both her Twitter and Instagram accounts.
Teddi Mellencamp Confirmed Her ‘RHOBH’ Exit With A Video
“I don’t want to bore you but I figure I’d give you an update on what’s going on,” Teddi began. “I recently found out that my contract as a housewife is not being renewed. Of course I could give you the standard response of, ‘Oh, we both came to the decision that it would be best.’ Nah, I’m not going to do that. That’s not who I am.”
“When I got the news, I was sad,” she admitted. “It feels like a breakup almost cause you develop such strong relationships with the cast, with the crew, and you get to do incredible things that you would probably never get to experience without the show.”
‘RHOBH’ Season 11 Is Currently In Production
“That being said, I’m really looking forward to the future and being able to focus on my family, my friends, All In,” Teddi continued. “I really feel like I have some exciting things ahead and you know what? I’m pretty busy with this little nug. So, thank you for coming on this journey for me and I’ll see you soon!”
Filming on the 11th season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” began earlier this month and the new episodes are expected to air next year.
