Kim Kardashian is eyeing up the big FOUR-OH and doing it as only she does. The reality star and makeup mogul, 39, is gearing up to turn 40 on October 21, with the KKW Beauty founder already taking to Instagram with the pre-birthday snaps. Kim, followed by 190 million, posted scatily-clad bikini snaps of herself emerging from a three-tiered cake ahead of her big day, with the OG curves definitely on show. Kim, acting as the candle, was proving she's nowhere near done dominating the digital space. Check it out below.

Scroll for the photos. They come as Kim marks reaching 190 million IG followers in the wake of news that her family's 2007-commenced E! show is ending, The final episode is set to air in early 2021.
Photos showed Kim in in a skimpy silver bikini with string ties as she delicately and slightly awkwardly attempted to climb out of a decorative and giant cake. The mom of four, who recently admitted she earns more from an Instagram than in an entire "KUWTK" series, was puckered up with a nude lip, light nails, plus bombshell locks as she delivered her risky moment.

Kim has already kicked off celebrations, but they've been hampered by the global pandemic. The SKIMS founder told Grazia:
"It was going to be called Wild, Wild Miss West’s 40th Birthday. I had Manfred Thierry Mugler make me a metal costume. Like, a cowgirl costume."
“I have it and it is insane. We did virtual fittings. I don’t even want to waste it on a party me for myself with five people. I want it to be something. So, I’m thinking maybe next year. I can have it on my 41st. We can still call it my 40th, right?” she added.

Kim, who shocked fans last month with the news that "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" is ending, is fresh from admitting to David Letterman that earnings from the E! series are nowhere near what she can net from a single Instagram post. Speaking to the 73-year-old host on his "My Next Guest Needs No Introduction" series, the beauty mogul admitted:
"We would not be who we are today without Keeping Up With The Kardashians and that's why we continue to share our lives," adding:
"Even if, realistically, we can post something on social media and make more than we do a whole season."

Kim has not backed down on Instagram amid the news of the show's collapse, continuing to ramp up the hot shots and family front with 2014-married husband Kanye West. Alongside sisters Kylie Jenner and Kendall, Kim has been shouting out luxury French brand Givenchy and its newest creative director, with a racy G-string reveal coming as part of a backless dress post.
As The Blast reported, Kim faced backlash over the revealing thong, with many fans deeming it cheap. Better-received has been Kim's latest SKIMS announcement, with pal Paris Hilton joining promo for the 2019-founded brand's new velour sweats.
