You’re never too old for surprise mouth ingredients – clown-style. At least, not if you’re Selma Blair. The “Cruel Intentions” actress kept her weekend Instagram video very unusual and very leggy as she shouted out Anine Bing’s new fragrance, with the 48-year-old’s hilarious and floral-centric video proving somewhat mesmerizing for her 2.4 million followers. Selma, going glam in shades as she held up a bottle of Pure Noir, proved a little magic trick can go a long way. Check out the video and response below.
Scroll for the video. Selma, largely in the news since 2018 for her raw and public multiple sclerosis battle, was looking healthy and well, also super-stylish as she was filmed on a sunny deck and backed by a cactus. The actress, wearing a loose white linen shirt and tiny shorts, began by putting on a pair of shades for her magic trick, seen both holding a bottle of the fragrance and, with great skill, taking out a synthetic red flower that had been cheekily hiding in her mouth.
What’s not to love. The video, seen below, looped over and over as Selma managed to promote the fragrance and her own sense of fun, with a caption reading:
“Pure Noir ? New fragrance @aninebing @aninebingofficial”
Selma then swooped into her own comments section to offer a more in-depth style breakdown, writing: “@janeylopatypr wearing my @aweinspired_ RBG necklace. Will take a pic so people can find.”
Fans, who will root for Blair any which way, have been loving the spiky-haired star’s sense of fun. “I’ll buy ANYTHING you’re selling,” one wrote, with another saying: “Sounds very interesting. And I love your advertising style.”
Selma, diagnosed with MS in 2018 and garnering high praise both for rocking up to red carpets with a cane and chronicling the degenerative condition on her Instagram, has been proving popular with a sense of humor that shows she isn’t defined by her illness.
The actress kicked off the month of October soaked in her pool and in a wet t-shirt as she went both sexy and grumpy to show off a pool jump, writing:
“For BETTER days ahead! ? for all … I was trying a classic pool exit but my kid kept laughing. So we jumped in again!♻️♻️♻️”
Less-upbeat posts are, however, to be expected. Some, including the actress’ 9-year-old son Arthur Saint Bleick. Selma shared a particularly-touching mother-and-son moment late last month, with an update showing her inner thoughts.
“I feel heavy today. Hearted. All is well right here. But I worry,” she began, adding: “So I am just being. Absorbing. Life. This life. The other lives. I ordered some pie. Coconut cream. This picture felt comforting. The footprint of a love. Love , selma ?. ?? I know we are all hurting.”
