Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin is officially the go-to person for sleep advice right now. The 30-year-old five-time Gold medalist has been slipping into her influencer shoes for the 1 million fans following her Instagram – Sunday morning showed a refreshed-looking Nastia as she detailed the secrets behind her good night’s sleep. Nastia was shouting out Hatch – the popular sleep brand is seemingly one Liukin swears by. The star was looking cute while delivering her message in an unbuttoned shirt. Check it out below.
Scroll for snippets from the stories. Nastia opened by saying: “For those of you who know me well, you know I love a good routine.” Fans saw the Moscow-born star in selfie mode, surrounded by the stylish stark-white interiors of her Dallas, TX home, and matching them via a cotton white shirt with a fun, unbuttoned finish.
Nastia, fresh from a major clap-back over an anorexia comment – oh, and complaining that her Starbucks offer was too popular – was only out to spread positivity with this video.
Nastia, ensuring the @hatchforsleep handle was thrown out, discussed her own attempts to get a solid sleep routine, admitting that “falling asleep and staying asleep” has been the hardest aspect for her. Nastia did mention dog Harley whose sleep doesn’t seem all that great either, but there’s a solution. The 2008 all-around Olympic champion is now the face of it.
“It makes all the difference in the world being able to wake up every single morning knowing you had a really great night’s sleep.”

“I can create a customizable sleep routine,” adding: “It has a reading light, guided wind-down content, a sunrise alarm (sooooo key in winter), 25 hues of light, and 31 unique sleep sounds.”
The promo streak has been steady of late from Liukin, whose 2020 has brought an Olay skincare promo, plenty of Revolve clothing shout-outs, and even a little SKIMS influencing for Kim Kardashian.
Nastia took matters into her own hands over the weekend after being hurt and “p-ssed” at a fan DM asking if she feels she is “promoting borderline anorexia bodies?”
Nastia fired back in-depth with her latest faceless selfie, writing:
“If taking pictures of my OWN body—a body that won me many olympics medals, a body that I push each day to get stronger, a body that God gave me—is inherently promoting anorexia, then honestly, we’ve gotten to a place in the world where just BEING is offensive. This is ME. “
Nastia, admitting her body is “thin,” has also let fans in over the years – in 2016, she told The Cut her mom had always raised her to “have a cookie” if she wants that cookie.
