Rapper Lil' Yachty Sued For Alleged Brutal 'Attack' During Rolling Load Festival

Rapper Lil' Yachty is being sued after a man alleged he was brutally attacked by the musician outside of the Rolling Loud Festival in Los Angeles.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, a guy named Jimmy Quivac claims he attacked in December of 2019, at the L.A. Coliseum. In the suit, he claims sometime between 9-11 PM -- he "was on his way to attend one of the events taking place that night, a tribute to the rapper "Juice WRLD."

He claims while walking into the venue, he strolled through a large crowd of people standing near the entrance, when someone yelled at him for 'bumping into them."

That's when, according to the suit, the group showed him as he attempted to walk away, causing him to fall on the ground. At that point, he claims, as he was "laying on the ground, motionless, (Lil Yachty) and others in the group continued to strike him, stomp him, and kick him. He says he was in fear for his life.

In the end, the person says he was able to run away from the scene but suffered injuries to his wrist, hand, and arm, as well as severe emotional distress.

According to the lawsuit, filed in Los Angels County Courts, the person is suing the rapper for assault and battery and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress.

Interestingly, the part of this same fight was caught on camera and widely reported on in the media. At the time, reports claimed that Yachty "threw the first blow" a punch to the guy's head. The police were reportedly called to the scene, but, it's unclear if any criminal charges are pending.

Lil' Yachty made huge headlines in the past few weeks after walking away from a huge crash, in his Ferrari, on an Atlanta freeway.

According to reports, the rapper lost control of his sports car while driving on the Downtown Connector in Atlanta. Lil' Yachty (Miles Parks McCollum) was traveling in the carpool lane when he hit the median wall which caused him to "spin out more than 770 feet across seven lanes.
