Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin is hanging around a parking lot with a message. The 30-year-old Russian beauty slipped her ultra-flexible body into a sizzling, pale green minidress for her Thursday Instagram update, with the color matching her caption. Nastia, followed by 1 million, was out to get her fanbase to up their vegetable intake – Starbucks was the vibe yesterday, but this former athlete balances the chemicals out. Nastia’a post today showed how Dallas, TX is still hot enough for summer dresses. Check it out below.
Scroll for the photos. Nastia, who has taken the green concept to another level with her $55 Celery Green Cream, had posted from under blue skies and in an abandoned parking lot. The 2008 all-around Olympic champion was flaunting her killer, hyper-extended legs and toned arms via a satin-effect, ruched, and tiny minidress worn braless, with spaghetti straps also showing off her toned shoulders. A close-up was followed by a full-length shot – here, Nastia showed off stark-white sneakers and her “Gold Medal Butt.”

“Thursday thoughts: work hard, be nice to people, and don’t forget to eat your greens ???.”
Comments don’t take long with this girl. While Nastia has faced backlash in the past, with 2020 seeing her clap back over wearing a leotard at 30, today’s fans weren’t in the trolling mood. Well, almost.
“Your new workout clothes?” one fan joked, with Nastia quickly complimented on the gazelle legs. Keep scrolling for the gymnast diet that fuels this power body.
Nastia, who was only 22 when she retired from professional gymnastics in 2012, has opened up on her diet. In 2016, the star told The Cut exactly what she eats for breakfast, and it’s superfoods galore before Nastia even hits the gym.
“I like to eat something very small beforehand, whether it’s a banana or a piece of fruit, and I have coffee. It was the same when I was in gymnastics,” she said, adding: “After my workout I’ll have a bigger breakfast, like an omelet with tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and maybe some chicken or something.”
Nastia does, however, seem to keep it balanced. The star whose career involved balancing on the beam spoke to Hollywood Life in 2017 – she’s not a monster with her advice.
“The biggest thing is to treat yourself, because if you tell yourself you can’t have something, that’s all you’re going to want. I remember my mom always told me, if you want a cookie, have a cookie, just don’t have the whole box!”
Nastia’s 2020 has been busy, with fall already seeing the star jet out to Montana for the great outdoors, also stripping down to a sizzling shark-teeth zig-zag swimsuit as Dallas remains scorching hot.
