Alec Baldwin Stopped By Police After Warrant Issued For His Cell Phone!

Alec Baldwin’s luck with law enforcement keeps dwindling.
The actor has been engulfed in the mystery surrounding Halyna Hutchins’ death.
In the event you haven’t been keeping up with the “Rust” shooting tragedy, Alec accidentally shot and killed the cinematographer of the film, Hutchins, and wounded the director, Joel Souza, in New Mexico in October.
Blame for Hutchins death has been pointed at a multitude of people including Alec, the armorer, the prop hand and more.
The investigation into her death is still ongoing.

Filming on “Rust” has been suspended indefinitely.
Alec has maintained his innocence and insists he didn’t pull the trigger.
In an interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopolous earlier this month the actor said, “Well the trigger wasn’t pulled, I didn’t pull the trigger.”
Last week, Santa Fe police issued a warrant for the phone records of the 63-year-old actor, as they have suspicions that evidence related to the case may be on the device.

Sheriff’s Office Detective Alexandria Hancock wrote in the search warrant, which was obtained by Deadline, “Affiant is requesting a warrant for the seizure and search of Alec Baldwins’ cell phone to search for any evidence relating to the death investigation of Halyna Hutchins.”
‘Affiant’ is defined as, “a person who swears to an affidavit.”
The warrant continued, “Affiant believes there may be evidence on the phone, due to individuals using cellular phones during and/or after the commission of crime(s). Such information, if it exists, may be material and relevant to this investigation. Affiant was also made aware there were several emails and text messages sent and received regarding the movie production ‘Rust’ in the course of interviews.”
Alec recently faced a new interrogation with the feds.
Over the weekend, the actor and his wife, Hilaria Baldwin, were pulled over by a Hamptons police officer.

The incident happened on Saturday, December 18, just two days after the warrant for his cell phone was issued.
In photos obtained by theUS Sun, Alec can be seen sitting inside the car while his wife talked to the cop.
Hilaria was also seen pulling out her phone and showing the police officer her screen.
The US Sun reported the reason for the police stop is unknown, and after the roadside incident, Alec was photographed picking up coffee while Hilaria stayed inside their vehicle.
