Olympic gold medalist Nastia Liukin is tired of getting dressed up to go nowhere … but we aren’t complaining because her stylish outfits are giving us life as we sit in the same pair of sweatpants we’ve been wearing since mid-March. The 30-year-old star took to Instagram on Tuesday morning from her home in Texas while she was preparing to start her workday. Unfortunately, Liukin’s workday resembles much of the rest of the American workforce and doesn’t venture out of the confines of our domiciles.
Nastia Liukin may not have been getting dressed up to go anywhere, but she certainly brought the heat for her day at home while showing herself standing in front of a full-length mirror and eyeing her outfit of the day.
“[Anyone] else sick of WFH?” Liukin wrote to her over 1 million Instagram followers, referring to the new-norm of working from home.
Although the Olympic gymnast is over the daily grind, her fashion is still on point while rocking a pair of mustard-colored snakeskin pants with a black bodysuit.
Liukin’s pants, which are sold by Revolve and retail for $178, paired perfectly with Revolve’s Kinsley bodysuit, which sells for $68.
The world-class athlete was also rocking some killer shoes — Revolve’s Sofi heel for their signature line designed by Italian fashionista Lara Pia Baroncini. The slip-on heels retail for $198, and were included in the linktree Nastia Liukin provided on Instagram for her entire outfit, enabling fans to purchase the exact outfit that the star was wearing — although a lifetime of gymnastics exercise for fitting in said clothes not included.
Although Nastia Liukin would like to hold onto summer forever — and we wouldn’t mind seeing her model those bikinis — all good things must come to an end and fall weather has officially started to set in. While showing off some of her chilly-weather looks, Liukin recently wrote a blog post about staying healthy and fit during the winter months.
“There’s (finally!) a chill in the air now and that means cold season is inevitably around the corner,” Liukin wrote to her followers while showing off her morning hair last week.
The 5-time Olympic gold medal gymnast spoke about the importance of keeping a consistent morning routine as to how she’s able to stay healthy and focused during the winter months when catching a cold is all too common. The health advice also holds considerably more weight as the COVID-19 pandemic still runs rampant through the United States.
“With the change in seasons, I always try to keep my morning routine consistent, especially when I’m trying to keep my immune system strong!” Liukin wrote.
