The reality star shared an unreal video on Instagram of herself hitting the gym and let’s just say she is going all-in on the weight lifting! In the clip, Kailyn looks like she is already close to fighting weight and is definitely putting in the work.

Lowry made headlines recently after saying she is going to start focusing on her own health and fitness after bringing 4 children into this world.

Adding, “Hopefully, I will be able to look back on these photos & see significant changes & progress – but still have a love for myself & all that my body has gone through.”
