Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin is proving that everything can be bigger and smaller in Texas – at the same time. The 30-year-old former athlete updated her Instagram to kick the week off to an especially leggy start by dropping ripped Daisy Dukes snaps and seeing her country plaid shirt slip off all at once. Nastia, followed by 1 million, is fresh from eyeing up Dallas’ 98-degree heatwave. While the weekend brought Nastia in a swimsuit that was hanging down, today was leaving fans hanging on – for dear life. Check it out below.
Scroll for the photos. Nastia, whose stretching days aren’t over despite her 2012 retirement from professional gymnastics, had posed outdoors and in an urban setting. The Moscow-born star opened by flaunting her killer and hyper-extended legs in minuscule denim shorts, chunky heeled black boots, and with her plaid shirt worn right down for a deconstructed finish.
Nastia, who is massively into hats, wore a black one to match her crop top. She also drove fans to swipe right, where it was a close-up deal.

Nastia’s Instagram influencing has been pretty full-on of late. The Muse Collective founder has shouted out Kim Kardashian’s 2019-founded SKIMS brand in selfies. She’s also proven massively popular by extending both legs from a bubble bath while promoting skincare brand Olay. Liukin has her own gig, though, and is currently retailing her $55 Celery Green Cream with Volition.
Nastia’s posts of late have included her stunning Montana travels with dog Harley accompanying her. They’ve also shown a girl who knows her seasons. Nastia’s IG has already had its pumpkin patch moment, with the beauty also looking into both fall and self-care. Three days ago, Nastia updated from her bed, writing:
“There’s (finally!) a chill in the air now and that means cold season is inevitably around the corner. With the change in seasons, I always try to keep my morning routine consistent, especially when I’m trying to keep my immune system strong!”
Nastia, who left Russia as a child and then lived in both Texas and Louisiana, has been proving that summer heat can be a year-round deal. October might see the star cozying up in her plaids, but it’s also brought her in a snazzy zig-zag swimsuit.
“Dallas, you good? 98 degrees tmrw… guess it’s a pool weekend for us ?,” the gymnast wrote two days ago. Nastia will, however, face backlash from trolls. 2020 has already seen her clap back that she isn’t too old to wear a leotard.
