Jessica Simpson took under 60 minutes today to be called “SO SKINNY!” The 40-year-old actress, singer, author, and clothing designer updated her Instagram on Saturday with a stunning and very casual photo showing her biking.
Jessica, who famously dropped 100 pounds in just six months after welcoming third baby Birdie Mae in 2019, had her whittled-down frame on show. The “Dukes of Hazzard” star also revealed something that wasn’t quite visible. Jessica was actually biking in 5-inch platforms. Check it out below.

The mom of three was straddling a bicycle out on the street and wearing skintight blue jeans. Jessica, looking snazzy with a chocolate-brown top and statement red hat and shades, turned around to face the camera at just the right moment.
The Jessica Simpson Style CEO, also tagging her best-selling brand, threw out the peace sign, with her caption getting totally 100% honest.
A caption from Jessica addressed her 4.4 million followers and mentioned son Ace, reading:
“Trying my hardest to feel peaceful riding my 7yr old sons bike. You can’t see them, but you know I’ve got 5-inch platforms on to reach the pavement for grounding ?”

Jessica, who admitted tipping the scales at the “high two hundreds” in a recent spill to Hollywood Life, has also revealed that cauliflower and eggs are the two foods she can barely stomach anymore after the 100-pound weight-loss journey had her eating so much of the foods.
Jessica’s fanbase can be pretty critical. While the star was called “way too skinny” in 2020 birthday photos as she fit into a 14-year-old pair of True Religion jeans, there wasn’t much today suggesting that Jessica might be underweight.
“You look amazing,” one fan wrote. Others, meanwhile spotted the reality of just how hard biking in 5-inch platforms might be.

Jessica, admitting to weighing 240 pounds at her highest prior to the more recent reveal, walked up to 10,000 steps per day to shift the weight. Trainer Harley Pasternak told Hollywood Life:
“She would eat one whole egg and three egg whites for breakfast, scrambled with a bowl of blackberries. For lunch she would have a salad with grilled chicken and grilled fish with salad and vegetables for dinner.”
“As for snacks, she would have almonds and sometimes green beans with Parmesan cheese on top. She was very disciplined,” he added.
