Sofia Vergara‘s “throwback to last weekend…I wish!!” just melted down Instagram. The 48-year-old “Modern Family” alum, currently proving mega-popular as a judge on “America’s Got Talent,” updated her Instagram on Thursday with another blazing-hot throwback to her ’90s modeling days.
Sofia, 48, and still able to near-break the internet with her 2020 swimsuit body, posted two ocean photos. One on land, one in the sea, and both seeing the Colombian-born star losing her bikini top. Check out the shots below.
Scroll for the photos. The above one dates back to Labor Day Weekend, when Sofia, followed by 20.3 million, proved yet again a hit in her mint-green swimwear. The latest photos stuck to the green theme, but they took fans way back.
Sofia, who was initially seen rolling around sands on her front and in nothing but floral bikini bottoms, then appeared backed by waters and just about protecting her modesty with folded arms.

Leading the way in the comments section, is former “Modern Family” co-star Jesse Tyler, who wrote: “Rolling around in the sand makes you cold!!!!!”
“You aged like the finest of wines,” another fan wrote, with Sofia told she “looks the same” by one fan – “But god bless the ’90s,” they added. The snaps today add to massive pile of throwbacks on Sofia’s IG. Nobody is complaining it’s getting bigger.
Sofia has nicely transitioned from her acting role to her judging one. The star, joined by Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel, now sits along British mogul Simon Cowell on a weekly basis for “AGT” – as 47-year-old Heidi revealed, though, Sofia was a bundle of nerves before joining the competition series.
After the first day of filming, Heidi told ET about her convo with Sofia:
“We’ve only filmed one day so far and on the first day she was like, ‘I’m really nervous. I don’t wanna do anything wrong. And I said to her, ‘You cannot do anything wrong. You just speak your truth,” the German model dished. More photos below.
Sofia, who has rocked up to the “AGT” set in a $27 pair of her Sofia by Sofia Vergara jeans, seems to be doing very nicely on the business front. The star’s collection with retail giant Walmart launched in 2019, with promo on Vergara’s IG continuing to see sales shift.
Sofia kicked off the line for a reason. ” I don’t know anyone who doesn’t own a pair of jeans. My mom is 70 and she wears jeans, my niece is 26 and wears jeans,” she told PopSugar.
