Britney Spears is living her best life despite the battle over control of her conservatorship heating up in court.
The 38-year-old singer posted a video of her getting down in the entry way of her Los Angeles mansion. Britney is dancing to Skylar Grey’s song “Addicted To Love.” She wore a short white top with her favorite pair of workout shorts.
Britney danced around the room while giving sultry looks into the camera. She wrote, “I love this song !!!!! I know I’m sweating like no tomorrow ….. and my HAIR …… well you can see ?♀?♀?♀?♀????? just a mess !!!!!! That’s what happens when I let go and do what I love ??????????????????? !!!!!!!”
The carefree dance moves come as the court battle over her life is moving forward. At a recent court hearing Britney’s lawyer, Sam Ingham, claimed she didn’t have the mental capacity to sign a declaration in the conservatorship. The judge decided to hear the issue at a later date.
As The Blast previously reported, the “Toxic” singer is battling her father Jamie Spears in court over control of her life.
Britney has been attempting to have her father removed from her conservatorship. She is asking the court to appoint a third-party corporate firm to manage her finances.
The singer showed support for the #FreeBritneyhttps://www.theatlantic.com/culture/archive/2020/10/why-free-britney-saga-feels-so-familiar/616587/ movement saying she appreciates her fans despite what others say about them. Jamie has tried to disparage the supporters calling it a “conspiracy theory” who doesn’t know what they are talking about.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Jamie recently asked the court to reinstate attorney Andrew Wallet as co-conservator of Britney’s estate. The singer is attempting to shut down that request. A hearing in the conservatorship is scheduled to go down later this year.
Andrew told the outlet he believes Britney could be under a conservatorship for the rest of her life. The statement is sure to cause #FreeBritney supporters to lose it. Many of her fans believe the singer should be let out of the conservatorship and accuse her associates of using it to profit off of her.
He told Daily Mail he believes the #FreeBritney supporters “don’t have a clue” about how the law works. He says they don’t understand what Britney needs and how they protect her from “undue influence.”
Britney seems to be completely unfazed by the court drama. She has been living her best life while at home with her boyfriend Sam. The two were spotted hopping onboard a private jet for a little R&R on the beach at an undisclosed location this month.
