Sam was the only person to guess the final question correctly, making him the winner with a two-day total of $35,600. Ed took home $50,000 dollars for second place. Sam won $100,000 dollars, an invitation to the 2022 Tournament of Champions, and, most importantly, bragging rights.

Although Bialik hosted the Professor's Tournament and has been selected to host the National College Championship in February 2022, Sony recently revealed that Bialik and Ken Jennings are going to share hosting duties throughout 2022.

Although they stopped short of saying so, fans have started to notice a pattern in their hosting duties. It seems that Bialik will be hosting the show's special tournaments, while Ken Jennings hosts regular "Jeopardy!" gameplay. It should be noted that the National College Championship is a special tournament that will air on weekday nights in addition to regular “Jeopardy!” gameplay, so fans can look forward to a double dose of “Jeopardy!” on those days!

Sony’s decision to split the hosting duties helps to balance the busy schedules of both hosts: Bialik has been busy filming the sophomore season of her sitcom "Call Me Kat" and Jennings has commitments to his own trivia game show, "The Chase," which he films with other famous "Jeopardy!" winners Brad Rutter and James Holzhauer.

Monday also marks the return of 13-day winner Amy Schneider, who has already secured her ticket to the 2022 Tournament of Champions. Schneider has recently credited her "privilege" to helping her successful run and even admitted that she thought the show's "central gimmick" was "embarrassingly outdated!"
