Gymnast Nastia Liukin Stuns 'Finally' Nailing Ambition From Bed

Nastia Liukin admitted she has been hunting her latest dream for "years" – and she's "finally" nailed it. The 30-year-old former Olympic gymnast and 2008 all-around champion updated her Instagram on Tuesday morning with a post that showed big ambitions but actually had nothing to do with gymnastics.
Nastia, who is currently retailing her $55 Green Celery Cream as part of her Volition beauty collab, was out to talk harsh winters and chapped lips. Turns out she's got four fave products. Check it out below.

Nastia, who recently wowed her 1 million followers with a flexible yoga downward dog during her Montana travels, had posted a way less leggy shot, simply showing herself in an earthy-toned cashmere sweater and backed by white bed linens. The Moscow-born star, who moved to the U.S. as a child, was looking stunning with perfect foundation and blush, seenstar gazing ahead before delivering a caption – and it was girly stuff from the beauty queen.

Well, it is a pandemic. Nastia opened by writing: "Cooler weather is coming and that means chapped lip season is here. lip care is so easy to forget about but that doesn’t make it any less important!"
Nastia, who admitted having tried "tons" of different lips products, then revealed she's got four that are her holy grails. "I've finally nailed it," she wrote, adding that she's "never turning back."
"I’m all about self care and caring for my lips is a critical part of my skincare routine, especially in the winter months."

Next up was the Loops Lip Mask, something that "does wonders" for Nastia and one she recommends using weekly. Third up was the Laniege Lip Sleeping Mask: "I've raved about this before and I am so obsessed," Liukin wrote, then closing her rec list with the Biossance Squalane & Rose Lip Balm.

Nastia may have retired from professional gymnastics in 2012 and aged just 22, but there's plenty going on for the star who is also CEO of her empowerment startup The Muse Collective. Nastia is now also big-time dabbling in beauty with her Volition collab, something that's kind of seen with fellow gymnast Simone Biles, who fronts beauty brand SK-II.
Nastia being a celebrity in beauty also follows a huge pattern. Alongside moguls Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, stars including Jessica Alba, Lady Gaga, Selena Gomez, and Mille Bobbie Brown, plus Savannah Chrisley all have launched or soon-to-launch beauty brands.
