Over the weekend, Britney and Sam hopped aboard a private jet for a little vacation time. The two ended up in an undisclosed location on the beach. Britney seemed to be enjoying her time with Sam amid her family’s war over control of her estate.
Sam posted a selfie on his Instagram captioned, “Be a lot of more you , and a lot of less them ?”
He was immediately bombarded with Britney fans leaving comments on his page. Some of Britney’s supporters seem to believe Sam should be doing more to help her get out of the conservatorship.
Fans commented “#FreeBritney” on his photo over and over. Another read, “No one likes you, we know what you are doing” and “Leave Britney Alone.’
Despite being with Britney for years, Sam has remained mum about how he feels about the never-ending conservatorship battle.
As The Blast previously reported, Britney’s 12-year conservatorship is being called into question in court. The singer’s father Jamie Spears has been in control for nearly the entire time.
Britney’s fans have been calling out the court-ordered conservatorship for years. Many believe the entire thing is a scam that is only in place for her associates to collect big paychecks.
Many #FreeBritney supporters believe the people around her are not looking out for her best interest and are charging her large fees for their work.
Recently, Britney made moves in court to try and remove her father from managing her conservatorship. It all started when she fought back against his attempt to seal the court record. She told the court she believes the public has a right to see the updates in the case.
Britney addressed her father calling #FreeBritney a “conspiracy theory.” The singer shut down the claim saying she appreciates the support of all her fans.
According to sources, Britney’s family is currently “at war” with each other amid the conservatorship drama. A source told Us Weekly, “Britney’s family is at war with each other and it’s all because of the conservatorship.”
In response, Jamie filed documents asking for Andrew Wallet to be put back as a co-conservator of the estate. Britney has opposed the motion and is asking the court to appoint a third-party corporate firm to manage her estate.
A judge has yet to rule on the matter.
Andrew Wallet, former co-conservator of Britney’s estate, recently spoke to Daily Mail about the court battle.
He told the outlet #FreeBritney supporters “don’t have a clue” about how the law works. He says they don’t understand what Britney needs and how they protect her from “undue influence.”
During the interview, Andrew also denied the allegations he stole money from the estate calling it “cray speculation.” Britney is still opposing Andrew being reinstated on the estate and is asking for a third-party to take control of her finances.
