The attorney who was co-conservator of Britney Spears’ estate is denying he stole money from the singer.

Daily Mail spoke to Andrew Wallet, who previously helped run Britney’s conservatorship, about the allegations against him.

Andrew worked on the estate until he resigned last year. Recently, Jamie Spears filed documents asking to bring Andrew back on as co-conservator. Britney is fighting the request and believes both of them should be off the case.

Britney is pleading with the court to remove Jamie completely from the case. She wants a corporate third-party company to control her finances instead of a family member.

In response to her motion, Jamie filed documents asking for Andrew Wallet to be put back as a co-conservator of the estate. Britney has opposed the motion and is asking the court to appoint a third-party corporate firm to manage her estate.

As The Blast previously reported, Britney has been hanging out with her boyfriend Sam Asghari amid the nasty battle over her estate. Many fans have been dragging Sam on social media believing he should be doing more to help Britney.

Sam has remained quiet about the situation despite being with Britney for years. The two appear to have taken a vacation this week. On Friday, the two jumped on board a private jet for an undisclosed beach location.

A hearing in Britney's conservatorship is scheduled for later this year. Britney seems ready for a family fight in court.
