Ryan Seacrest is not quiet about two of the greatest passions in his life, Georgia football and chicken wings, and the "Live With Kelly and Ryan" star used both when he threw some loving shade at his co-host, Kelly Ripa. The longtime "American Idol" host took to Instagram on Saturday afternoon as he was settling in to enjoy a little college football. Seacrest is a huge fan of the University of Georgia, as he hails from Atlanta and attended college at UGA.

Ryan Seacrest was excited to watch the Georgia Bulldogs take on the Auburn Tigers in one of the biggest games of the Southeastern Conference. Seacrest shared his spread of snacks for the game, and took to IG to describe it in detail:

"Tonight’s starting lineup: 9 layer dip, Siete tortilla chips, veggies, and roasted tomato salsa from the farmers market. Let’s #GODAWGS!"

Seacrest later included his halftime snack, which was a delicious looking bowl of chicken wings ... which included a side of sass towards his co-host, Kelly Ripa.

"Halftime - traditional wings for the win! Are you a fan @kellyripa?" Seacrest captioned his scrumptious looking platter of chicken wings.

He also included the hashtag, "#meatonthebones," which immediately drew the attention of the recently-turned 50-year-old star.

"Wait. Did you tag me with meat on the bone?" Ripa responded to Seacrest.

The comment got a great reaction from fans, who immediately understood the inside joke between the two stars:

"I was laughing thinking the same thing," one fan wrote back to Kelly Ripa.

"First thing I thought oh no Kelly does not like chicken wings," another fan commented.

No Bones About It

The jab by Ryan Seacrest, which also included a photo of himself covered in wing sauce, was immediately noticed by loyal fans of "Live With Kelly and Ryan," as it's a reoccurring theme among the two co-hosts.

Ripa, who adheres to a largely plant-based diet, has explained she despises eating anything on the bone and talked about it during an episode of the morning talk show earlier this year:

"Bone... makes me very nervous," Ripa told Seacrest.

She added, "I look at a chicken leg, a chicken wing as one big choking hazard."

Eating Clean

Kelly Ripa lives life on a very strict diet and her incredible willpower shows, as the star is in fantastic shape. She's done numerous interviews describing the food she eats, which includes a lot of fresh vegetables.

"At dinner, I eat a ton of vegetables — and a salad, soup, or a light piece of fish. I try not to have too much cheese or too many high-fat foods, even though I love them," she previously told Good Housekeeping.

Seacrest, on the other hand, will never give up his beloved chicken wings.
