“Alaskan Bush People” star Bear Brown has had a complete turnaround on the volatile relationship with his ex-fiancée and baby mama, Raiven Adams, and now the two are back together! The Discovery reality star made the announcement late Monday evening on his private Instagram page after spending a few days with Adams and the couple’s newborn son, River. It was the first time Bear was meeting baby River, as he was born amid the COVID-19 pandemic making it hard to travel down out of state.
Bear Brown and Raiven Adams have had some tumultuous times. The couple, which had their love featured on recent episodes of “Alaskan Bush People,” have broken up and rekindled so many times that the Brown family’s heads were left spinning. After Raiven took off from Washington back to her home state of Alaska and gave birth to River it seemed that she and Bear were done for good, but after travelling back down to Washington and spending time together, a spark of love has been reignited.
Bear Brown made the big announcement on social media while sharing a photo of himself with Raiven Adams and baby River, who is now 7 months old.
“Hey everybody! I have some awesome news I’d like to share with everyone!” Bear began his message.
“After meeting River in person and seeing Raiven again we found out that we both still have feelings for each other, so we’ve decided that instead of being co-parents we are going to be just parents! Raiven and I have decided to give our relationship another try! I asked Raiven if she would be my girlfriend and she said yes!”
22-year-old Raiven Adams also took to social media to share the big news while explaining how life has some crazy turns that are unexpected.
“Life is confusing things aren’t always easy and I’ll be the first to say so,” Raiven began her message.
She added, “Everyone has problems maybe not to our level but that’s okay. This is our story it’s messy, it’s ugly, it’s beautiful and kind. Nothing goes exactly as planned and that’s also okay. Sometimes beautiful baby’s are born and they help turn the bad days to good ones. Sometimes people make mistakes and that’s also okay.”
Raiven also admitted that having their issues played out in the public wasn’t easy, but it’s something they both signed up for and are seeing it through until the end.
“This is real this is raw and this is honest. We have taken you along our roller coaster of a relationship but we are not sorry. I hope someone somewhere can see this and know that it’s okay to try again. It’s okay to make mistakes it’s okay to say I want to forgive you. Never let anyone make you feel like you have to fit in a bubble. Our relationship won’t always be easy we may have ups and downs but I assure you that we will provide a happy home for our son.”
Looks like we’ll be seeing Bear Brown and his new family on upcoming episodes of “Alaskan Bush People!”
