Nastia Liukin didn't need a beam to show off her balancing skills ahead of the weekend. The 30-year-old former Olympian gymnast, who flipped across her kitchen counters this summer to get fans to mask up, took her 1 million Instagram followers to her "happy place" two days ago ā€“ for Nastia, that's the great Montana outdoors, where the five-time Olympic medalist has already been making headlines for showing her massive thigh gap in tiny shorts.

Nastia's post mixed up natural beauty and a natural-looking balance. It also brought in some knitwear ā€“ that worked its way off the star. Check it out below.

Scroll for the photos. Nastia, who retired from professional gymnastics in 2012 aged just 22, has been proving that she's still got her knack big-time of late, with this post discreetly reminding fans that she's a balancing act.

The post opened with Nastia in grassy fields and under a stormy-looking sky. The Moscow-born star was delicately balancing barefoot on her right limb, with tiptoes accentuating her long legs, here covered by ripped, acid-wash jeans. Nastia also wore an ab-flashing cropped cable-knit sweater combo, better seen with a swipe right.

"My happy place," the blonde wrote.

Nastia, this month in the news both for going shirtless by a dumpster to promote environmental awareness and extending both her legs to "bring back bubble baths" as part of an Olay promo, is now a busy influencer, alongside running her empowerment The Muse Collection startup. With 1 million followers and her glittering career largely behind her, Nastia does, however, continue her grip. Likewise, her endorsement potential. The ultra-flexible former athlete had partnerships with mega-brands including Visa, AT&T, and Adidas back in the day. She now influences for brands including Jergens tanning products, even shouting out Kim Kardashians' SKIMS brand on Instagram.

Nastia's latest gig has been haircare focused. Earlier this month, she updated her IG showing a long braided ponytail, with her caption talking pandemic hair statistics.

Keep scrolling for the kitchen video. Nastia, collaborating with hair-tie brand Teleties, captioned her post:

"Not sure how accurate this actually is but apparently 78% of women reading this are wearing their hair in a weird bun right now. Iā€™m part of that 78% right now, with my gold @tele_ties in my hair. Incase you need something to put your hair up in a weird (or not weird) bun, link in bio to shop my #NastiaxTeleties collab ?."

The Montana outings have also brought in another popular face. Dog Harley featured two days ago, even getting a bandana fashion show.
