On Monday night, fans of the show lost their minds after seeing a comment Leah left on a social media post. A fan commented on a post talking about Leah’s contract negotiations. He wrote, “Yes. Let’s see if they can negotiate for a real raise!”
Leah replied, “I’m comin back. My work here isn’t done yet!” with a heart emoji. Fans quickly showed their excitement for the news the fan favorite will be back for a second season.
According to reports, Leah was holding out on signing her contract due to her belief Bravo was lowballing their offer for season two. Sources say Bravo paid Leah around $6k an episode for the first season of “Real Housewives of New York.”
Prior to the contract negotiation, Leah showered the network and producers with praise for an amazing first season. She shared a behind-the-scenes photo from the reunion taping captioned, “Wish I had more pics from that day! The stage was incredible. The amount of work and diligence that was put into having an in person reunion was beyond. I’m so grateful that my first reunion wasn’t on zoom! Thank you @bravoandy @shed_media @bravotv for everything. ?”
As The Blast previously reported, Leah has many things to be excited about at the moment. The reality star recently showed off the results of her nose job.
Leah said, “People are DM’ing me like crazy inquiring why I have black eyes and asking if I got a nose job, asking if I got beat up. I am not trying to hide anything from anybody.”
She added, “I got a rhinoplasty and septoplasty. I could not be happier. I’ve been wanting one for some freaking long and now I can also breathe which is great. I love my doctor. He’s a great guy. His name is Dr. Daniel Maman. I’m just never gonna be one of those bitches that pretends it’s not work and it’s contour makeup because that’s weird.”
