Rob Kardashian's legal battle with his former fiancee Blac Chyna has turned into a Kardashian-Jenner family affair!

E! News obtained new legal documents that showed Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim, Khloe, and Kylie had been subpoenaed on Chyna's request as part of the model's defense strategy.

The bad blood between the music video vixen and the Kardashian-Jenner clan began after Rob accused the mother of his daughter, Dream Kardashian, of assaulting him.

The Kardashian-Jenners Want To Avoid Blac Chyna's Legal Request

The tension between the "Rob & Chyna" stars keeps growing as the February 2022 trial of Rob's assault and battery trial against his former fiancée is almost here.

Now, Chyna has her sights set on the other members of the Kardashian-Jenner family as her legal team filed subpoenas for Kris, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie.

In response to this request, the attorneys for the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" stars filed for a Los Angeles judge to refute the subpoenas on December 14.

In the court documents obtained by the news outlet, the family's legal representatives argued that Chyna's request was an "unwarranted annoyance, embarrassment, and oppression" that should be quashed.

The lawyers stated that "The Real Blac Chyna" star's actions were nothing short of a publicity stunt and a burden to the named parties, whose professional commitments shouldn't be disrupted by the subpoenas.

Regarding this matter, the "Lashed by Blac Chyna" beauty founder's attorney Lynne Ciani released a statement to the news outlet. She said:

"The Kardashians/Jenners are not above the law. Indeed, even people who run 'billion-dollar enterprises' (to quote the Kardashian/Jenner court documents) must comply with valid subpoena powers of California's superior courts."

The media personality's beef with the Kardashian-Jenner parties began in 2017 after her ex-fiance accused her of domestic violence.

Furthermore, the 33-year-old claimed that Rob's family used these false allegations against her to ensure the second season of her reality TV show was not renewed on E! Network.

Last month, The Blast reported that things got heated between Rob and Chyna as the mother-of-two accused her former fiance of "threatening" her to drop the lawsuits against his family.

The TV personality filed legal documents that claimed her ex-partner was being "verbally abusive" because she sued him for "Revenge Porn" after the 34-year-old posted her explicit pictures.

In addition to this lawsuit, the "Monster" video vixen accused Rob's mother and three of his sisters of "defamation and intentional interference" with her reality TV contract.

That wasn't all; Chyna stated that the father-of-one tried to tempt her into dropping the case by promising to drop his charges for full custody of their daughter in return.

Regardless of the mother's allegations, the Kardashian-Jenner clan did not back down as they believed the 33-year-old was trying to capitalize on their success.

The Blast previously revealed that the family believed the beauty founder had profited from her relationship with Rob and tried to gain more capital with the couple's separation.

However, the model has denied these claims claiming that her case with the Kardashian-Jenner family had nothing to do with the contents of her bank account.
