Charlie Puth Says 'The Worst Is Behind Me', Announces COVID-19 Diagnosis

Charles Otto Puth Jr., known professionally as Charlie Puth, wants his fans and loved ones to know he has tested positive for COVID-19. 

The "We Don't Talk Anymore" singer wants all his loved ones and well-wishers to know the worst has passed despite his condition.

The "Cheating On You" singer tweeted that he tested positive for the virus on Wednesday morning and "I'm not feeling amazing but I think the worst is behind me."

Puth explained that even though he feels "like complete ass," he chose to update fans about his condition in hopes that they would stay safe and careful this holiday period.

The "One Call Away" musician sent his love to the public and assured them that he would keep them in the loop, adding, "I'll speak to you very soon."

While celebrating a new milestone with his social media followers, Puth shared a steamy mirror selfie that got fans talking. 

The Blast revealed that on December 2, the "Marvin Gaye" singer uploaded a photo of himself sporting a tee-shirt on underwear while leaning against a wall.

The birthday celebrant announced his new age and upcoming album in captions, writing, "Good morning!! I'm 30!! Light Switch is coming!! ? ?."

Viewers were more intrigued by the bulge in his underwear than his birthday or upcoming artwork. A user joked, "At this point, his Only Fans gonna be out before light switch."

Another hilarious fan could not look away from the bulging elephant in the room and commented, "It's staring at me."

Puth is fond of sharing his unfiltered thoughts with his millions of social media followers, and they are used to his quirky statements and posts.

The Blast shared in November that the "Betty Boop" star made another head-turning revelation about what thought occupies his mind often.

The 30-year-old posted a slideshow of photos and videos of himself featuring bathroom selfies and a clip of him in the recording studio while his new single played in the background. 

The last video was of Puth tipping a hair product into his palm while bopping to "Lost in the Fire" by Gesaffelstein & The Weeknd.

In the caption of his post, the "Nine Track Mind" singer admitted that he literally thinks "about sex 70,000 times a day."

A seemingly unamused follower penned "that is so good to know" while an adoring fan gushed, "i literally think about Charlie Puth 70000 times a day."

A user took the "Dangerously" singer's statement as a hint about his upcoming album and asked, "Does that mean your album is gonna be sexy?" fan.
