“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Teddi Mellencamp is trying to shake off the allegations she runs a dangerous fitness program.

The reality star posted a video of her working out hardcore in the gym. Teddi posted a clip of her working out on a treadmill wearing a neon pink workout ensemble. She wrote, “Are you scrolling Instagram looking for ways to try and bring down others or comparing yourself and putting yourself down? Or are you up taking action to take care of you and what you need to do to feel your very best for the day! Let’s chose (sic) feeling our best. Shall we? "

The “RHOBH” star tagged her company All In By Teddi, which is currently catching a ton of heat as former clients have been speaking out about the program. Many of the former clients claim Teddi’s company puts you on a restrictive diet and you consume around 500 calories a day.

One former client wrote a testimony posted on @emilygellis Instagram account. They recounted the experience saying, “I did All In just before and during Teddi’s first season. It was much smaller at this point and I communicated with her on a regular basis. No NDA, paid through Venmo. Everything over text. At this point the company was called “LA WORKOUT JUNKIE” (I think) but she changed it as the show began to air.”

They added, “The meal plan seems to be the same and very restrictive + one hour of cardio. I of course lost weight, but the whole experience made my already complicated relationship with food even more toxic. I kept at it on and off for about 6 months, each round the fee increased”

Further, “I guess the program was getting more popular. On one hand I’m grateful to know how to drop a quick 10 pounds, but on the other it’s unhealthy and hurt my body more long term than it helped short term. I gained the weight back and have since lost through an actual healthy lifestyle.”

Teddi has defended the company amid the controversy.
