Tristan Thompson Fiercely Defends His 'One & Done' Storyline In Affair

Tristan Thompson is finally breaking his silence about what he recalls going down with Maralee Nichols.

Nichols is a Houston-based personal trainer whom Thompson had an affair with. She got pregnant with his child during their time together, and welcomed a baby boy earlier this month.

He reportedly got Nichols pregnant in March on his birthday while he and Khloe Kardashian were still together.

She filed a paternity lawsuit against Thompson, and claimed in legal documents that their relationship took place over the course of five months.

Nichols claimed the NBA star would fly her out to California to visit, and the couple would have intimate encounters after she got pregnant.

Thompson initially said the ONLY time he was with the personal trainer was during a 24-hour period on his birthday where they had sex several times in a hotel.

Now, the basketball player is singing a different tune about the timeline of their ‘relationship.’ He’s stating their affair only happened ‘sporadically’ over the course of three months.

New legal documents have been released, and they reveal how Thompson and Nichols arranged to meet up.

“Contrary to Petitioner’s many inferences in her declaration, we did not have a serious ongoing relationship," Thompson wrote in the new documents (via DailyMail.) “We saw each other sporadically between December 2020 and March 13, 2021 and did not have sexual intercourse in California during that time.”

It's important to note that the location of where the child was conceived is VERY important. Nichols wants to sue for paternity in California while Thompson wants the courts to deal with it in Texas. He is likely on the hook for less child support if the suit is handled in Texas.

“From December 2020 through March 2021, we saw other on such a basis. We never had any telephone calls, emails, nor did we exchange text messages. We only communicated via the Snapchat application,” he added. “I only recall that Petitioner and I had sexual relations in March of 2021 and at no other time in 2021.”

Thompson explains their relationship was strictly sexual and nothing more.

“I am certain that if the child is deemed to be my child that the only date of conception was March 13, 2021, because it was my birthday. As I stated, our relationship was based on sex. We would not have seen each other in Houston if we were not going to have sex,” he continued.

He explained their ‘relationship’ never included any dates to restaurants, movies, or anything a traditional relationship entails.

Thompson continued, “There was only Snapchats of ‘where’ and ‘what time’ we would hook up and what hotels would be used,” he said. “We only communicated via the Snapchat application. My username on Snapchat has always been blkjesus00.”

“After a snapchat message, the message is automatically deleted. If either one of us would do something to try and save the message, the other party would be notified. I was never notified that Petitioner saved a message from me. Petitioner never confirmed that I was notified of her retaining messages,” the legal documents stated.

The NBA player alleges Nichols could have fabricated messages exchanged between them by using the contact name, ‘TT.’
