Savannah Chrisley kicked off the week with what looked like a giant appetite. The “Chrisley Knows Best” star, recently in the news for both her endometriosis surgery and stunning fishtail dress, updated her Instagram stories on Monday with a little downtown action – and a foodie moment.
Savannah, who fronts popular South Beach Diet brand and recently enjoyed Chick-Fil-A in her car, appeared to have set her sights on Phillyman’s Cheese Steak restaurant in Nashville, TN. Check out the latest from Savannah below.

Savannah has made headlines for her diet in the past, with 2019 seeing the daughter to real estate mogul Todd Chrisley open up on having chopped veggies with chicken and guacamole, plus green juice on IG – with this and Chick-Fil-A-, though, the Southern Belle clearly isn’t clean-eating only.

The 2018-engaged couple was due to tie the knot in 2020, with Savannah taking a step back as she confirmed they were back to “dating.” The star, who appeared in a stunning blue bikini with Nic for her beach-set “social distancing fail” earlier this year, has since appeared in swimwear with niece Chloe.
By far the biggest headline-maker this month has been Savannah’s third endometrioris surgery. Scroll for the hospital photo.
In late August, the SASSY by Savannah cosmetics founder got “VULNERABLE” on Instagram, letting her 2.1 million followers know she’d be going under the knife again for endometriosis – Savannah was diagnosed with the painful uterine condition at the age of 18.
“I have struggled BIG TIME. I’m insanely self conscious and just feel like my body has given up on me,” Savannah wrote, then confirming she’d lucked out on a “one of a kind” surgeon. It looks like the op went down a success.
On August 20, Chrisley updated with a masked photo of herself in the hospital and with her doctor, writing:
“UPDATE: Had a huge cyst they had to remove. Found endo in/on my uterus, ovaries, bladder, and surrounding areas.”
“He also cut some nerves to help with pain. I stayed in the hospital overnight and then was able to go back to my hotel and now I’m heading home today!” Savannah added. The hard-hitting blonde is back to her old self, though, recently daring her fans to “underestimate” her in a selfie.
