Alleged shooter 15-year-old Ethan Crumbley is accused of murdering four students.

He is facing 24 felony charges, including one count of terrorism, for the premeditated murder.

He is currently being held in isolation at Oakland County Jail with his parents.

However, his attorney has asked for him to be moved to a youth facility.

“I honestly do not believe my client should be considered a menace to other juveniles,” she said.

“He doesn’t have a history of assaulting kids his age,” she added.

His court appointed guardian agreed with the decision to move him.

“He could still be in school,” she added. “There are many things he can’t get at the jail.”

Judge Nancy Carniak denied the request and called his current placement “appropriate.”
