Britney Spears was, just yesterday, accused of making her 29th appearance in the peasant blouse that re-appeared on her Instagram today. The 38-year-old pop princess has, throughout summer 2020, been sparking concern amid the #FreeBritney movement backing her – while Britney recently confirmed she supports the movement aiming to free her from her 2008-commenced conservatorship, she still has to put up with those Instagram comments.
Britney updated her Instagram on Friday with more stunning backyard snaps. The “Circus” singer’s 26.2 million followers aren’t backing down. Check it out below.
If you aren’t familiar with the repetitive posts landing on Britney’s Instgram this year, just scroll for a feel. Britney, who kicked 2020 off largely shot against a red wall, has shifted to a white or yellow one more recently, also including the L.A. mansion backyard setting manifesting today.
Britney’s post showed her shot amid trees and lawns. The star posed in the white-and-blue peasant blouse she recently defended as she shouted out The Fat Jewish, also rocking beautiful roses in her hair, plus her trademark tiny shorts. The singer whose recent captions have covered how tough a Hollywood upbringing is, opted out of words – just three roses for the girl who’ll happily share her rose soap straight from the bath.
Britney’s followers have been replying.
“Ok, it’s getting ridiculous,” a fan harshly wrote, nonetheless shooting right up with over 2,400 likes.
“Okay how many times do u post this picture?!?!?????,” another wrote.
The fan telling Britney: “Girl,” it was like, “the 15th shot in this shirt” wasn’t quite right on the math. Spears had a fan counting them yesterday – they put Britney’s Thursday photo at no.29. The singer’s blouse also features in videos, which, despite revealing a McDonald’s love and “Frozen” being the singer’s favorite Disney movie, have failed to answer the one question fans ask most: “Are you okay?” Scroll for more.
Britney, whose followers this summer dubbed her Instagram a setup as they accused her “handlers” of controlling the account, has been delivering rare clap-backs. In July, Spears wrote that she was being “authentic.”
Three days ago, again in her peasant blouse and in the same setting as today, Britney shut down the allegations, writing:
” ……. and to the peeps who think I’m posting the same pics …… well you know us girls …… it’s the same top and same hair but if you look at the details it’s a completely different picture ????? !!!!!”
Britney is fresh from suffering a new blow in court. 68-year-old father Jamie Spears will continue to control his daughter’s finances and many other aspects of her life as her conservatorship is extended through February 2021. Jamie, who has denied profiting off the arrangement, made headlines in August for calling #FreeBritney both a “joke” and a “conspiracy theory.”
Fresh in the news, is that Britney herself supports the #FreeBritney movement. The star also wants someone “independent” to take over – mom Lynne Spears last month filed to be involved in her daughter’s financial affairs.
