'Home Alone' star Devin Ratray is being accused by his ex-girlfriend of violently attacking her including "strangling her" and "punching" her in the face.
Daven Ratray famously played Buzz McCallister in the classic films, the pesky brother of Kevin McCallister played by Macaulay Culkin. Unfortunately, this incident doesn't turn out like the movies with a happy ending. According to reports, police were called to the Hyatt hotel near Oklahoma City this week, after Ratray and his girlfriend got into a domestic dispute.
The 'Home Alone' star allegedly got into an argument with his girlfriend that was bad enough, the couple decided to go their separate ways and stay in different rooms for the night. A spokesperson for the actor confirmed the verbal argument was nasty enough for the break up of the couple, but it did NOT get physical.
'Home Alone' Star's Girlfriend Alleges He 'Punched' Her In The Face
But, Ratrays girlfriend disagreed and filed a police report the next day -- describing a brutal incident where the actor attacked her in the room.
According to reports, the girlfriend told police that things DID get physical during the argument and the actor "strangled her." In the police report, the girlfriend alleged Devin "punched her in the face" and put his hand over her mouth during the attack. While fighting, the GF says she bit his hand, and was able to "escape" to a stairwell in the hotel.
Interestingly, law enforcement says that things were sorted out that night, and the two went their separate ways...and no one was arrested at the time. It appears that if she spoke to the police that night, the full story was communicated to the officers. As we said, she filed a police report the next day, making nasty allegations against the actor which would have promoted further investigation.

It's unclear if police are calling the actor in for questioning, or if no arrests will be made in the case.
The timing is terrible considering the cast of the original movie is reportedly considering a reunion. Devin recently revealed the details, saying, "They have been planning a reunion online and I just recently, as in a couple of days ago, got on their messenger chat thread, and I have been trying to keep up with Jed Cohen and Diana and Terrie and Angela Goethals and Hillary Wolf."
He continued, "The family is moving on their own accord to get together, So who knows what's going to happen in the future?"
Bad Timing?! 'Home Alone' Cast Considering A Reunion Movie
Ratray opened up a bit about his famous co-star in the movie, saying, "And Macaulay is so much more open and relaxed and, I should say, more of a public figure. He has been reclusive as anyone would be, in his situation, and I'm glad that he is more of a public figure now and open."
BTW -- Anyone wanting the experience the real 'Home Alone' house is able to request it for rental through Airbnb. The house is in Winnetka, Illinois and only costs $25 for the night.
