Jenelle Evans is getting dragged out – not for wearing luxury label Gucci during her latest errands run, but for seemingly seeing her followers dub her hair extensions a fail. The former “Teen Mom 2” star, currently in the news for promising to “expose” other MTV faces with her new 6-part YouTube series, updated her Instagram on Monday. Jenelle, 28, was proving that saying she’s “financially stable” in 2020 is true – Gucci doesn’t come cheap.
Jenelle’s Instagram followers don’t miss a thing, though. Check it out below.
Scroll for the photos. Jenelle, followed by 2.9 million on Instagram and having made 2020 headlines for rocking a Walmart bikini, had switched out the affordable for the high-end, here. The JE Cosmetics founder had been snapped on a sidewalk and looking chic in tight blue jeans, a loose white shirt, plus a red belt with the gold Gucci logo.
Jenelle, also rocking a cross-body bag and aviator shades tucked into her shirt, showed off very long dark hair, also throwing out a caption.
Jenelle, also showing off her arm tattoos, captioned her two photos: “Mondays are for errands ✨ #MondayMotivation.”
Jenelle’s followers, less harsh than they used to be – at least when it comes to body-shaming the star – were quick to leave comments. Jenelle was also in the mood to get interactive.
“You can see the hair extensions in front of your hair – pulled up wrong! Just sayin,” one user wrote. The thought seemed echoed in part by another fan asking: “Is that your real hair?!”
Scroll for Jenelle’s replies, plus how she’s set to “expose” her former co-stars.
Jenelle didn’t appear in the mood to be told her hair looked “wrong,” firing back and writing: “I really don’t tho lmfao that’s what’s so funny.”
Jenelle also confirmed that her hair “isnt dyed. Haven’t dyed it in almost 2 years now!”
As to the user remarking on the extensions, fans came to back Jenelle, with one writing: “Who cares….girl you spend way too much time hating.”
Hate is something that Jenelle is set to explore, at least from the tone of her threatening-sounding announcement recently.
Jenelle, fired from “Teen Mom 2” in 2019 after husband David Eason fatally shot the family dog Nugget, has been teasing new content. Jenelle just told Instagram that she’d be producing “very interesting” YouTube videos.
“So I’m going to put together a six episode series for my YouTube page… I’m putting it together, I’m going to be producer, director and editor for this and it’s going to expose a lot of people.”
“I’m not going to say what it’s specifically going to be about but you guys are going to like it, it’s going to be very interesting and very insightful,” Evans added.
